Your fully equipped gourmet granite kitchen has everything you need, including a Cappuccino coffee maker! You will enjoy having brunch or casual meals at the spacious breakfast bar which seats four.
Dining Room
For more formal dining, sit at the marble octagonal dining table with comfortable tapestry-upholstered chairs; all with arm rests. The perfect setting for a glass of wine and great conversation.
Living Room
From your living room, kitchen or patio, you are looking over the swimming pools.
The armoire opens up to reveal a 42” LCD high-definition TV. Hooked up are a DVD and sound system (and of course, there is Cable TV). Bring your own DVD’s or rent some from the local businesses, and relax at night catching up on your favourite movies. The villa has four wide screen TVs!
3rd bedroom (on the ground floor)
This adorable main floor bedroom with it’s bright, citrus colours, is sure to put you in the holiday mood! It is ideal for older or disabled guests who are unable to climb the stairs. It has an LCD TV and a DVD player. There is also a large shower in the ensuite bathroom and a separate walk-in closet.

SECOND FLOOR
Master Bedroom
This luxurious Master bedroom has a king-sized canopy bed and cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan. Lots of light and a cool tropical breezes coming in through the sliding door leading to the balcony.
Notice the elegant silky comforter with the golden palm trees. The colours are rich and mellow and the mood serene.
Sit out under the stars at night? There isn’t a better place to be than on the large balcony off the master bedroom. The perfect place for a nightcap.
Ensuite Bathroom
The huge ensuite bathroom has double sinks, a separate shower, and a deep Jacuzzi double tub for a relaxing bubble bath..
Wash away the salt water and relax in a large warm, swirling Jacuzzi.
Second Bedroom
The 2nd bedroom of this Cayman Rental Villa has a queen-sized wrought-iron sleigh bed and a high cathedral ceilings complete with ceiling fan. There is also an LCD TV and roomy closet. The large, patio doors lead to the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the pools.
2nd Floor Bathroom
Although not an ensuite, the 2nd bathroom on the 2nd floor is right outside this bedroom. It has a modern shower stall, and a large window with a view to the west. Without the air conditioning on, you get wonderful breezes through this beautiful villa.
